The TRCF is looking forward to welcoming Resilience Facilitator Kathy Harding to the club on Thursday, July 31 for an evening focused on supporting the mental wellbeing of our community.
Kathy will deliver a positive and engaging one-hour presentation designed to empower parents with practical tools to support resilience and wellbeing — both in their children and themselves.
Her session will explore:
- The neuroscience of resilience
- Daily tips and tricks for building mental health “muscle”
- The impact of phones and social media on wellbeing
This is a fantastic opportunity to connect, learn, and strengthen our club community from the inside out.
